Hiring our law firm to represent you in the debt settlement process is easy. The first step is to send a copy of your credit report(s) for analysis. Within 24 hours we will return a written summary of what we can do to assist you with pricing and expectations. If you approve, you can return the signed Pregrade, Contract, and Power of Attorney to us with the first payment installment. We will then begin working on your behalf with your creditors.

You can send us your credit report via:

1. Secure Fax – (214) 722-1983. To ensure you have all the information we need to begin, please download and fill out this fax cover sheet to use as the fax cover page.
2. Mail or drop off your credit report(s) to: Henley & Henley PC, Attn: Credit, 2205 North Henderson Ave., Dallas, TX 75206
3. Upload via the Internet. You can upload and send your credit report via Send Us Your Credit Report form.
