Because each credit report is different and each client’s goals are unique, we need to analyze your credit report before we can give a final cost.
After we review each credit report we give a written analysis of what can be done and the costs associated with hiring our law firm. We will let you know up front our flat fee cost. You can then make monthly installments on that amount until satisfied. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, check, and money orders as forms of payment.
Pricing is based per creditor and number of accounts at each creditor. Some creditors are easy to deal with so we do not charge much to settle an alleged debt with them. Some creditors are difficult and require 10-15 hours over several months to settle a debt.
Unlike debt settlement companies we do not:
- no additional fees above our initial estimate, no hidden fees
- we do not take a percentage of what is saved during the settlement process
- we do not receive payments from the creditors for getting you to pay
